Join us for our first Yoga in the Park Series! Meets every Wednesday in April from 6:30 – 7:30 pm at Texoma Health Foundation Park
Yoga is an ancient practice for the Mind, Body, and Soul. During this 5-week yoga series, we will be exploring different types of movement, breathing techniques, and mind/body awareness as we target different areas of the body. We will explore Hatha and slow flow practices. Each class is designed for beginners to advanced with variations to accommodate everyone. You will be given tips on how to explore your practice at home and improve your balance and strength. All classes will be outside at T.H.F. Park either by the pavilion or on the free field North of the parking lot (depending on weather and grass conditions).
Items you may need to make your practice successful: yoga mat, block(s), a blanket/towel (can help support knees), strap, layered clothing (weather) and water.
