Sundowner 1-2-3 Bouy

September 14, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Texoma Sailing Club Sundowner 1-2-3 Bouy and Shrimp Boil at the Texoma Sailing Club clubhouse and Quarterly Meeting.

Get your toes wet in the sport of sailboat racing in these easy, more relaxed fun races. Each boat is given their own start (from slowest to fastest) based on their handicap, so there is no pressure at the starting line. Then the boats race to a single point and back (usually reaching), which minimizes the need for seasoned crew work. A great race for families and a way to introduce non-sailing friends to the sport.
