You are invited to come celebrate the service of our United States Military Veterans at our 3rd Annual Sherman Veterans Day Parade in beautiful, historic downtown Sherman. We are thrilled to bring you a very special FLYOVER by real WW2 Vintage North American T-6 Advanced Training Aircrafts that actually served this area at Perrin Air Force Base in 1945 to train pilots! The Parade will begin at 10:00am on Saturday, November 7th and will start over by City Hall at 220 W. Mulberry, then will head East on W. Mulberry St., then will turn South onto N. Travis St., then West onto E. Lamar St. for one block, then North onto N. Crockett, finishing up back where Crockett intersects with W. Mulberry St.- TONS of room along the route to spread out and safely enjoy the parade with your friends and family! We would love for you to join us by signing up to be a parade participant, or by attending the parade to honor our local military veterans! If you would like to participate, please contact Organizer/Volunteer Ron Engelke at (903)357-8306, or Sherman Main Street at (903)892-7230, or write us through this Sherman Main Street Facebook page and we can answer any questions you may have!
