A limited-permit wild turkey hunt at the Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge this weekend, April 24-26 will result in some closures on the refuge.

This will be the last closure for hunting until November. Although the visitor center is closed, portable toilets have been delivered to the Day Use Areas and near the visitor center in the parking lot. They are being serviced 1-2 times per week and will remain available until staff are allowed to return to work and the visitor center and Day Use Area restrooms are re-opened.
