Stop by the annual Hot Chocolate Competition in Katy Park, located in front of the Katy Depot. There will be four booths selling hot chocolate competing to see who can sell the most cups and raise the most funds for the Red River Railroad Museum! Stop by before and grab a cup of cocoa to keep you warm during the parade!
