Fish with a Ranger is open to beginners wanting to learn how to fish and to those seasoned veterans hoping to catch the big one! Start the day off by taking a few quick practice casts and then grab a rod and reel, some bait, and hit the water!
When: Saturday, May 18 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
Where: The point adjacent to the ESP lighted fishing pier.
Expect to: Learn how to bait a hook, cast your line, and other fishing basics!
What to Bring: Water, sunscreen, and bug spray. Rods and reels and bait will be available, but feel free to bring your own rig!
Program free with paid park admission, which is $5 per person 13 years of age and older. Please keep in mind that outdoor programs are subject to cancellation due to weather.
