Do you like to fish? Do you want to learn how to take that catch and put it on the dinner table? Join the Inland Fisheries Division, your local Game Warden, and your favorite park rangers at Eisenhower State Park and learn how to properly wield that fillet knife at our Fillet a Fish Demonstration and Fish Fry.
The Fillet a Fish Demonstration and Fish Fry is open to anyone who wants to learn how to properly fillet a fish and store a filleted catch. In the process learn how the proper stewardship of Lake Texoma’s aquatic resources now will ensure that those resources remain available for the enjoyment of future generations.

– Play fishing games such as backyard bass and fish cornhole.
