98° emerged from a pop music era that boy-bands were all the craze. Their staying power comes, however, from how they differentiated themselves from other acts by including a strong R&B influence and by writing much of their own material. This group, with powerhouse brothers Nick and Drew Lachey, are known for hits like “I Do (Cherish You)”, “True to Your Heart,” and “The Hardest Thing.” In just five short years, 98° scored six Top 20 Hits and sold more than 10 million records.
