ATS is a low-impact weight bearing form of exercise that works with the body’s natural inclinations to strengthen and condition the body. Intro classes present the basic ATS vocabulary. Students will follow the instructor as they learn and refine movements during a six week period. Using both slow movements and fast steps\, we’ll get you dancing in your first class! DESCRIPTION:Many Texoma Blues Society members are used to the special monthly concerts which feature powerhouse blues artists/bands from many areas\, including Dallas\, Ft Worth\, Louisiana\, even as far away as Italy! Recently tasked with finding some local blues talent for upcoming shows\, I found two groups who could currently fit that description. So for our 7/20/19 show – Keeping the Blues Alive Locally – I will present High Water Gamble and Texas Blues Authority. Dario Bellettini and his High Water Gamble band will perform a mostly blues set (some covers and originals) for the Texoma Blues Society concert. After a break\, David Wolfe\, Tony Garcia and the Texas Blues Authority band will perform a blues set (mostly originals and some covers) for the Texoma Blues Society. Two bands for the price of one. Come hear what local bands are doing to keep the blues alive in Texoma. ~~~ Paul Noel \nTickets will be $25.00 with TBS members getting a 20% discount when paying in advance. DESCRIPTION:@ 			\n			\n							 \n					\n				 – 			 \n					\n							 \n\n\nSee your favorite state park from the water on a guided kayaking tour! \nWe will begin the day by meeting at the Eisenhower Yacht Club Marina Office where we will take care of kayak rentals. From there we will venture over to the waters edge for an onshore safety briefing and paddling demonstration before hitting the water. While still in the cove we will put our newly acquired flat-water fundamentals and water safety skills into practice. From there we’ll embark on a journey of the waters of beautiful Lake Texoma.   \nThings to Remember: \n– RESERVE YOUR SPOT by emailing Ranger Cody at cody.edwards@tpwd.texas.gov Remember\, space is limited!– Arrange to bring your own gear (kayak\, paddles\, and life jacket) OR rent from the Eisenhower Yacht Club ($30 for single\, $40 for tandem) by letting Ranger Cody know in your registration email.– Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.– To participate you must be comfortable in the water and be able to swim unassisted.– The park entry fee is $5 per person 13 years of age and older. \nExpect: \n-Moderate to extreme physical activity in the great outdoors– Small group instruction and guidance– 1.5 hour paddling trip there and back along the shore– Possible cancellations due to weather– Anything that goes out may get wet or completely submerged – including you! \nWhat to bring: \n– Water and snacks– Sunscreen\, sunglasses\, and a hat that won’t blow away– Towel or dry clothes for after  \nThe Shoreline Kayaking program is designed to be both beginner friendly and fun for those who are more experienced.
