She has written for the Crisis Center\, Denison Performing Arts\, Preston Volunteer Emergency Services\, and the Pottsboro Area Library. ATS is a low-impact weight bearing form of exercise that works with the body’s natural inclinations to strengthen and condition the body. Intro classes present the basic ATS vocabulary. Students will follow the instructor as they learn and refine movements during a six week period. Using both slow movements and fast steps\, we’ll get you dancing in your first class!
