DESCRIPTION:@ 			\n			\n							 \n					\n				 – 			 \n					\n							 \n\n\n Texoma Throw Down 2019.  Thursday night roll in on August 8. We will be selling entries and apparel Caney Creek Resort /Beer Garden we will also have a private party there for all participants including free beverages . Friday is a familiarization with the lake. I will have large maps printed with all marinas and restaurants on the water. Thanks to lake Texoma association we are having cheese burgers in paradise along with fried fish for all participants on Friday at the islands.  \nOn Friday there will be a raft up party at north islands. Friday night at Bar Bay (MDR) we have the band ac/dc cover band Back in Black playing also we will be doing a meeting for drivers and selling shirts and entries .  \nSaturday will be the fun run starting a Marina del Rey then hitting the different marinas ending at the Island Bar at Highport Marina. There will be entertainment during the lunch as well.  The helicopter will start at Marina del Rey at the beginning of the run and going above taking pictures of the boats. After Island Bar for those who want to go to islands for a raft up can do so. But we will be starting to turn in hands between 5:30 and 6:00 at Marina del Rey. That night is the finale with the band Super Freak .  During the night I will doing raffle drawings and giving out  cash prizes.  Can’t wait to see everyone  \nHighport Marina is giving up 35-50 slips to rent. Once those are taken we have a few more available. Just let me know if there is a issue and we can take care of it case by case. We have opened up multiple Rv areas by the bar  at the host marina. Which is Marina Del Rey. If you plan on bringing an rv please let me know. And I will get you reserved. These spots are for oversized Rv’s.  Marina del Rey has a trailer houses\, full kitchen hotel rooms and they also have 5 brand new campers with full plumbing and full water hooked up over looking the marina. We are bringing in golf carts at both Tanglewood and Marina del Rey to rent for the weekend. We also have lodging at Caney Creek Resort with is located a golf cart ride from marina del Rey if lodging is full    \nBooking.  \nMarina Del Rey- Landa -+1 (580) 564-6266 or +1 (405) 448-7087. His styling still gathers influence from the western swing of Bob Wills and the easy-going spirit of Jimmy Buffett\, mixed with humor the likes of Roger Miller. In his meanderings\, Doug discovered a financial & promotional spur for his musical career through chainsaw carving! Self-taught\, with a bit of background whittling small pieces as a child alongside his father. Doug has received a Will Rogers Cowboy Award for Western Music Male Performer of the Year from the Academy of Western Artists. He also received an Entertainer of the Year award from the Texas Music Awards. Doug’s tour has extended from the state of Texas\, western across the country and even to Europe. The band has performed with well-established acts such as Willie Nelson\, Asleep At The Wheel\, Robert Earl Keen\, Dean Dillon\, Canadian Country Music star Corb Lund\, and folk-rocker Ryan Bingham.
