DESCRIPTION:Many Texoma Blues Society members are used to the special monthly concerts which feature powerhouse blues artists/bands from many areas\, including Dallas\, Ft Worth\, Louisiana\, even as far away as Italy! Recently tasked with finding some local blues talent for upcoming shows\, I found two groups who could currently fit that description. So for our 7/20/19 show – Keeping the Blues Alive Locally – I will present High Water Gamble and Texas Blues Authority. Dario Bellettini and his High Water Gamble band will perform a mostly blues set (some covers and originals) for the Texoma Blues Society concert. After a break\, David Wolfe\, Tony Garcia and the Texas Blues Authority band will perform a blues set (mostly originals and some covers) for the Texoma Blues Society. Two bands for the price of one. Come hear what local bands are doing to keep the blues alive in Texoma. ~~~ Paul Noel \nTickets will be $25.00 with TBS members getting a 20% discount when paying in advance.
